Amman, Jordan – In an inspiring session designed to empower women leaders, 200 promising women from the Housing Bank gathered to explore leadership principles that will help shape their personal and professional futures. The session  focused on three key elements that pave the way for personal and professional transformation: embracing change, believing in one’s potential, and viewing failure as an opportunity for growth.

The energy, engagement, and determination displayed by these young women were truly inspiring. Their commitment to making a positive impact, both in their personal lives and within their communities, was evident throughout the session.
